This service does not replace a full design scheme.
Builders and trades are appointed by you. We work alongside your architects, builders and subcontractors, issuing the drawings they need and holding the detail together on site.
Additional hours are charged at £24 per hour. Kitchen design support is available at a separate fee; please enquire for details.

The initial consultation is complimentary. We discuss the space, those who occupy it, and where it currently falls short.
You receive a written proposal with a defined scope and fixed fee. Work commences upon a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is invoiced at final presentation, or upon completion of the installation.
Items procured for your home are billed separately at cost, with every invoice shared in full.
No. All quoted fees cover design and project time. Furniture, fittings, materials and contractor costs are separate, and are agreed with you before anything is ordered.
